Retiramos el antiguo acerado muy deteriorado.

Preparamos la superficie para alojar el nuevo revestimiento cerámico.

Colocamos el nuevo revestimiento con un adhesivo cementoso adecuado a los materiales aplicandolo con un doble encolado lo que aumenta la adherencia enormemente.
 We place the new ceramic coating with a cement adhesive adapted to the materials applying with a double stuck what increases the adherence enormously.

Colocamos las placas cerámicas dejando una junta entre placas de 7mm.
We place the ceramic tiles, we let a meeting between plates of 7mm.



Rellenamos las juntas con mortero específico.

Sendero de piedras, Path of Stones.

En un jardín hay un sendero de piedra puesta en el suelo y rodeada de cesped, pero con el tiempo y el descuido el cesped ha ido tapando el camino y en epocas de lluvia en la entrada de la vivienda se acumula agua y barro, el cliente nos solicita que elevemos el sendero sobre el nivel del cesped y eliminemos el cesped de las juntas que rellenaremos con mortero.

Procedemos a levantar las piedras y limpiar el antiguo sendero.

 Antes y después... Before and after....

 En un hueco del patio construimos un trastero de 5m2, con su ventana y puerta.

 Realizamos el cerramiento con ladrillo hueco de 7. We realize the closing with hollow brick of 7.

Colocamos la puerta y la ventana, comenzamos a enlucir por dentro y por fuera.

We place the door and the window, begin to re-dress with mortar within and externally.

 La estructura que soportará el techo serán tubos de 40x40mm de hierro los cuales protegeremos de la oxidación con una imprimación que convierte el oxido en hierro y una mano de esmalte de poliuretano como remate.

The structure that will support the ceiling they will be pipes of 40x40mm of iron which we will do to avoid the oxidation with a priming that turns the oxide into iron and a hand of enamel of polyurethane as auction.

 Colocamos la estructura de tubos.

Colocamos el techo de chapa ondulada y como elemento decorativo lo cubrimos con brezo.

We place the ceiling of wavy sheet and as decorative element we cover it with heather.

  

Pintamos en interior y exterior con revestimiento de color blanco calidad A-4. aplicado en dos manos.

We paint in interior and exterior with coating of white color quality A-4. Applied in two hands.
